Description:

In Association with LBVC the third  beach volleyball inc camp in London.

The cost of the camp is £120 for two days, including courts and 12 hours of beach volleyball play, camp competition and camp T shirt.

Head Coach and International beach volleyball player Denise Austin will be leading the camp, with further coaches and trainers to be added once numbers of athletes are confirmed. Maximum number of players on the camp is 24, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Approx Times for the sessions are as Follows

09:00 arrive and registration

Saturday

Session 1 09:30-11:30  Technical

Session 2 12:30-2:30 Physical Session linked to technical aspects of the morning

Session 3 3:00-5:00 Games based coaching with coaches playing in with the group.

Sunday

Session 1 9:30-11:00 Technical

Session 2 11:30-1:00 Physical session

Session 3 2:00-5:00 Inter camp competition with coaches, trainers and guest players involved.
