Junior Beach Volleyball Summer 2007 Croyde Village Green and Croyde Beach
There will be a variety of junior beach sessions organised during the summer 2007 aimed at all ages who would like to learn how to play beach volleyball
Denise Austin, is the head coach, her credentials include; top ranked beach player in the UK over 15 years. Various international training camps abroad with world tour and Olympic medallists, playing on the FIVB world tour including the highest place for a UK team of 7th in 2000 and Staff Tutor for the EVA on beach volleyball.
For U11's we have a Friday after school session, at Croyde Village Green from 15:45-16:30. Initially to run for four weeks during May but will continue through out the summer, please see the Academy calendar for further dates Academy Calendar Aimed at teaching the 2v2 version of Volleysport which the Junior Gold Coast Competition for U11's on the second weekend in June U 11's Form for After School Training
For the 11-14 Years there will be training on Fridays 16:30-17:15 at Croyde Village Green throughout May again to run for four weeks but will continue throughout the summer, please see Academy calendar Academy Calendar for further dates. For the 14+ players, open to adults and children, starting on Friday 27th April. U16's form for the above session
U16's Beach Volleyball Training Camp, Whitsun Holidays Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Aimed at those who would like to play the 2v2 game, possibly looking to compete in the U16 Gold Coast Competition. Three half days training on Croyde Beach learning all the skills required to play.
